"I can't say enough good things to say about Mike and how he treats both existing customers, but also unexpected "drop-ins" like me. I was on a road trip to Portland from Vancouver, BC and just as I was pulling into Portland on Friday night my Check Engine Light came on in my 2004 ML350 and engine starting misfiring and running very rough. I was 6 hours away from my regular MB mechanic and was in need of some diagnostic. As a "car-guy", I like to stay on top of my regular maintenance and like to keep my vehicles in top shape. This is even more important while on a vacation! As I was searching for an MB specialist that could give me a diagnosis (on a Saturday to make things even worse), I came across Noble and Mike. With so many good reviews, I instantly knew he was the one to take the ML to. Taking a chance on Saturday morning, I drove to see him early and he not only was able to fit me in within the hour, but also ran a diagnostic, printed out the results to show my mechanic when I returned home and reassured me that the misfire in my cylinders could have been caused by a number of benign potential issues. Mike told me he's had 4 MLs over the years, so I instantly knew that he's seen it all. Exactly as he told me, the engine ran as it normally does all the way home, with no sign of the CEL nor any misfires. While I likely could have taken the chance and everything would have been OK, the fact that Mike gave me his advice and assurance was very comforting. I can definitely say that if I lived just a bit closer, Mike would be my first choice in my MB service. To all you Oregonians - you have an amazing resource in Noble. Thanks again Mike. Very much appreciated! The rest of our trip turned out great and I can't wait to return to Oregon."

"Mike is fantastic. A Master Mercedes mechanic, and an honest, forthright guy. I drive over 3 hours to have my Mercedes serviced here, and like the previous poster mentioned, I would drive 900 miles as well. It's very rare to find such a great, honest mechanic. There is also a nice mall nearby, and they offer shuttle service. His pricing is very reasonable, and I would recommend Mike to ANYONE in the PNW looking for a Mercedes mechanic. Avoid the dealerships at all costs - save yourself the money and get an accurate picture of your vehicle, get it fine-tuned at very reasonable price, and drive away confident that your vehicle will perform at it's best and highest capacity. Mike is very refreshing to do business with, and well worth the drive."
